Remodels

The Walmart remodels are inclusive of a total overhaul of the General Merchandise sales floor including an entirely new layout and fixtures. The Grocery area includes upgrading the coolers, freezers and adding a dairy expansion. The offices, restrooms, pharmacy, vision center, photo lab and the Tire Lube Express centers are remodeled as well.

The project schedule is 10 to 14 weeks, with the store open 24 hours a day. The construction work for these remodels is all completed at night. It is the General Contractors responsibility to schedule and phase all the work with and around the store management, store planning, construction manager and most importantly, the customers.
