El Super
A demolition and infill project with the
developer responsible for the
overall center site
development.
Several smaller non-congruent building
were demolished and replaced with
a
new 42,000 SF CMU and steel shell infill.
All new building utilities and a full
tenant
improvement were provided
for a new Hispanic based grocery
chain's first store in the Tucson
area.
Tenant improvements included various
refrigeration boxes, meat & seafood
departments,
and a full bakery
including tortilla preparation and a full
service deli department.
Wal Mart
The Walmart remodels are inclusive of a total
overhaul of the General Merchandise sales
floor
including an entirely new layout and fixtures.
The Grocery area includes upgrading the
coolers, freezers and adding a dairy expansion.
The offices, restrooms, pharmacy, vision
center,
photo lab and the Tire Lube Express centers are
remodeled as well.
Mikasa
Interior improvements and remodels of several Mikasa Stores throughout USA and Canada.
The
projects included select demo, all new finishes, doors hardware, new electrical,
plumbing,
HVAC, sprinklers and fire alarm systems.
Nike
Tenant improvement of a 5,000 sf. facility, a two
story building used as center for the introduction of
new products to celebrities, The space includes
warehouse, office facilities, basketball court, and
several high end rooms for the introduction of the
new products. The complex included a marketing
center for the processing of invitations to celebrities
and packaging of the products.
The center is not open to the public, it is by invitation only and
include’s only sport celebrities that are sponsored by Nike.
Celebrities include sport figures like Tiger Woods, Justin Leonard,
Madonna, MIchael Jordan.
There is only one such facility in the country.
