We are pleased to announce a new relationship with Quiktrip. Hayward values client with a national presence and we will work hard to maintain this client. This project in Tempe AZ is on a very tight site in the middle of a shopping center with many thriving businesses. This project will include the installation of an 8 pump dispenser array with 64,000 gallons of underground fuel storage and a 5000 square foot store.

Infiniti of Scottsdale
Infiniti of Scottsdale is currently undergoing an expansion and interior remodel. The expansion will include additional offices, training facility, service advisory area , plus an expanded showroom and customer waiting area. The interior will be remodeled to Infinity’s new high standard décor package and will include a featured glass wall on the front exterior of the building. The parking areas will be upgraded to include new pavement and additional ADA parking.

Airpark Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep
"In order to enhance the entrance of the facility and truly welcome new customers,
Airpark Dodge designed a new monument sign and customer lobby. The monument
sign is over 30 feet high and clad with custom metal panels and accent lighting.
The new customer lobby enlarged the entrance to the facility and facilitated greeting
the customers before transitioning them to the sales floor. "
Ajo Ambulance
The Ajo Ambulance project has been in planning for almost 2 years. A persistent
Owner and architect finally got this project through for permits. The project was
finally started in early September with a completion date of mid December in order
to allow the staff to hold a Christmas party at the project. Although we have encountered
some difficulty with the weather and the distance this project is from both Phoenix and
Tucson, we expect to finish this project on time.
El Super
The El Super Store in central Phoenix took over the lease of an old Home depot
and has well become the anchor of the shopping center. The 100,000 square foot
big box was converted into a 66,000 square foot El Super store and two associated
retail stores. The store comprised of a large bakery with both a flour and corn tortilla
machine, two Hobart ovens a double proofer and three corn tanks with a chip fryer as
well. This El Super store includes over 100 feet of meat and seafood counters and also
includes full service deli department.
