Lakeview Center - Fountain Hills, Arizona

This project was the construction of three ground up office buildings totaling 20,000 sf.
The site work inclusive of all utilities, paving, landscaping, concrete sidewalks, and curbs
coordinated with the city of Fountain Hills, Arizona. The project was a design build
construction with close coordination with the owners. It included negotiations with the
City of Fountain Hills, SRP Utilities, Chaparral Water, and the Sanitation Department.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio Building - Fountain Hills, Arizona

This project was a Design-build construction of a 4500 sf. office building including all the
tenant improvements. This included all meetings and plan reviews with the City of
Fountain Hills, SRP Utilities, Chaparral Water, and the Sanitation Department.

 

 

Saddle Mountain Shops - Scottsdale, Arizona

This project was a ground up construction of a retail 22,000 sf. retail center in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The facility was the second phase of a center that included a grocery store anchor. The tenant
improvements on the center were also completed as the stores were leased.
