El Super at Southgate SC, Tucson

A demolition and infill project with the developer responsible for the overall center site development. Several smaller non-congruent building were demolished and replaced with a new 42,000 SF CMU and steel shell infill. All new building utilities and a full tenant improvement were provided for a new Hispanic based grocery chain's first store in the Tucson area. Tenant improvements included various refrigeration boxes, meat & seafood departments, and a full bakery including tortilla preparation and a full service deli department.

El Super @ Westgate SC, Phoenix

A full grocery tenant improvement of an existing 45,000 SF CMU and steel building previously configured for Toy R Us. All new building utilities were brought in to facilitate the client's needs. A new façade and canopy build out along with multiple entrances were provided to update the building appearance to match that of the rest of the center. Tenant improvements included produce department, meat & seafood departments, full service deli and cheese department and a full bakery including tortilla preparation. All new refrigeration and HVAC were also provided to upgrade building for specific use.
