Bank of America

Build out of a 4,500 square foot Bank of America (BOA) facility under contract with BOA. Also on this site, a new 15,000 square foot CVS drugstore is being constructed by another contractor. All four projects are being constructed concurrently, which has led to many challenges in the site logistics, but will enable the Owner to have a completed shopping center with major tenants at turnover.

WAMU/Chase


This project started out to be constructed into a Washington Mutual Bank branch. Construction on the WAMU was 85% complete when Chase took over the branch. We then changed the entire layout of the bank to match the Chase layout and bank standards. We completed the branch on time for the opening of the branch.

 

Wachovia

Three new ground-up Wachovia branch bank locations each ranging in size from 2,800 to 4,100 square feet. Construction included underground utilities, light gauge steel framing the shell, CMU veneer, concrete, drive-up canopies, single ply thermoplastic roofs, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, acoustical ceilings, painting, landscaping, etc. The construction value for each location was approximately $1,000,000.
