Nike Entertainment CenterTenant improvement of a 5,000 sf. facility, a two story building used as center for the introduction of new products to celebrities, The space includes warehouse, office facilities, basketball court, and several high end rooms for the introduction of the new products. The complex included a marketing center for the processing of invitations to celebrities and packaging of the products. The center is not open to the public, it is by invitation only and include’s only sport celebrities that are sponsored by Nike. Celebrities include sport figures like Tiger Woods, Justin Leonard, Madonna, MIchael Jordan. There is only one such facility in the country. |

Nike Factory Stores
Tenant improvement construction, including demolition
of approximately 5,000 sf. The stores were for the
sale of high end ladies sportswear clothing. Scope of
work included, but was not limited to, non-structural
partitions, ceilings, high end millwork finishes,
windows, and storefront facade. The stores were
placed in upper class malls including and similar to
South Coast Plaza in California.
Tenant improvement consisted of the build
out of leased space in an existing or new
factory outlet, multi-tenant building. The
store sizes range from 22,000 sf to 30,000 sf
and included new shell building
modifications, non-structural partitions,
ceilings, electrical, plumbing, sprinklers, fire
alarm, HVAC and
finishes. The stores
were located in outlet
malls throughout the
United States and
Canada.
